wannalise 16 Posted May 21, 2010 There is some concern that the seeds can get caught in your suture line.

wannalise 16 Posted May 21, 2010 You'll be okay. I totally didn't think about it and did the same thing and then was sure there were seeds in there. You will be just fine. Its wise that you continue to be super careful about your food choices.

MidwestGirl 8 Posted May 21, 2010 what is nutella? It's hazelnut chocolate spread goodness. :001_tongue: I used to have it with vanilla wafers or spread on toast. It's about the consistency of Peanut Butter and is found in the PB aisle of most stores, but is sometimes hard to spot. Stacy160 201 Posted May 22, 2010 Nutella is the devil!! OK, it's really absolutely heavenly... ever had those amazing Belgian seashell-shaped chocolates? It's like the inside of those, this wonderful rich chocolately, nutty creamy delightful stuff. I bought it once, and once only -- before surgery -- and won't buy it again because I never actually put it ON anything... I ate the whole damn thing, spoonful by spoonful! Anyway, I was allowed to blend strawberries into my shakes right off the bat.
pnw218 14 Posted May 22, 2010 Nutella is amazing!! It was a staple with bread for Breakfast or Snacks when I was in Africa. I wanted to buy some the other day but it isn't post sleeve friendly : ( Maybe in the maintenance stage :redface1:
cwalker 12 Posted May 22, 2010 Yeah my 4yr old granddaughter loves the nutella and strawberries and it looked so good I ate ONE and then got scared, I sent it home with them because I could seriously eat it by itself.lol:001_smile:
trish4 3 Posted June 4, 2010 I had frozen and fresh strawberries ALL the time (I'm 3 mos out) - anyone know if this is OK??
jerryvic 3 Posted June 5, 2010 My surgeon suggested strawberries in my shakes, as well as blueberries, or Water packed peach slices. They are not going to hurt you near as much as the Nutella.
