um...can i just HAVE colin farrell? :)

DH voted that the body he is working for is like that Tyson guy's bod. Rob (dh) used to be totally ripped. About 210 pounds of solid muscle. Then it went to 210 pounds of solid krispey kreme. :) Now he is down to 175-180 and looking really trim. He was actually refered to as the "skinny guy" at the party a weekends ago. It was great! He blushed for 5 whole minutes. He says when he gets all the fat off of him, then he is going to build muscle. That way he knows what he is starting with. He can build it quick to.

Oh and he just said he will be sure to let me post pics for any girls to drool over. HA! show off. hehehe

Colin would win my vote for overall hotness out of those candidates but Tyson has the yummier body. :) I would also have to include Matthew M. (can't spell his last name) b/c he looks like a cuter version of my boyfriend and I adore Johnny Depp too!

Haha. Actually, it really was intended for the men but of course we women are pulled to this poll by some kind of force. I wonder what it could be?

Telly you need to find the pics of him where he is jogging in only shorts and an Ipod! Mmmm....I'd get off my butt to jog with him anyday, haha.

My body is merely a device to prevent my head from hitting the ground.

I'll just take the one I have, and try and make it work right.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
