Can.sleeved 1 Posted May 16, 2010 We eating everything in moderation. (I have 2 to 3 coffees a day as well) I make sure I am getting my Protein in. I'd say I am around 1200 cal. per day. if you are too few I think it hurts you. I'll have a small home made hamburger and some broccoli for a meal. One egg omelet with a piece of toast in morning. I try to have two Protein Shakes each day. Low fat yogort which I add fresh fruit.< /p> I bike every day. Slowly it just keeps coming off and I don't check the scales too often!
