newVAbandster 0 Posted May 30, 2006 Is it normal to feel a painful "ping" low in the asophagus even after swallowing only Water? I just had my third fill last wednesday. I never felt actual pain after swallowing before....only if solid food got stuck...but this "pain" is happening every single time...even after only a couple of drops of liquid. And it takes forever to "walk it off"...I hate suffering like that! I obviously have very good restriction...and I've already lost about 3 to 5 pounds (depending on time of day)....but thats cause I can hardly eat anything. Will the pain go away?
