Well, I did that & there's all kinds of "prerequisites" that need to be addressed in order to upgrade. Since this is my husband's computer, (my son-in law broke mine...go figure) I don't feel comfortable enough to do what they're asking! This is REALLY more trouble than it's worth!!!

Hello, then I suggest downloading Firefox or Chrome. They won't have any prerequisites.
