HEARTONMYSLEEVE 1 Posted March 28, 2010 The chart told me my medically ideal weight was 110 pounds! That seems very unrealistic to me but I guess I will have to wait and see what happens. It said the average was 131 pounds which seems more likely. It said my goal weight being 70% excess weight off would be 140 lbs but I am actually hoping for less than that more like 125 I think but I also realize that might change as I get closer and start seeing what these weights really look like on me. thinoneday 445 Posted March 28, 2010 Click on the Months 1 Months* 1 This was shared on OH, and I found it beyond interesting. Especially, for those that chart their loss, or those just beginning their journey. Plug in your numbers, hit "Create Report" and it spells everything out for you. Do to copyright rules, I can't share my stats openly, but least to say, I am stoked by this report. Of course, my goal weight by my age, height, gender says 110lbs. So, it shows that I've only lost 85% of my excess weight. However, I'll take 85% loss. Plus, the average American female's weight in my age, and height bracket, is 137. I don't think I've ever been close to the "average" anything. Tiff, where do you go first? Is it on our forum or somewhere else?
Tiffykins 673 Posted March 28, 2010 Tiff, where do you go first? Is it on our forum or somewhere else? Just click on that hyperlink that says Months 1, it'll open a new window for you to input your own personal information. I think that's what you're asking. Don't fear it told me the same weight for my age, height, and gender. I'll never see 110, and if I do, I'll be furious. Today, I'm weighing in at 127, and I'm actually trying to gain 3-5lbs. The average weight for American woman in my category is 137, and I feel good at 130-135 which is best for my frame and body type.
