thinoneday 445 Posted April 16, 2010 Hi! I sometimes count and sometimes don't . . . I use the myfitnesspal.com to do counting for me. . it counts carbs, Proteins, and calories. . . just enter what you eat that day and thats it. . . it takes time to increase in calories, in the beginning it is really tough, but it comes with time, I'm about 4 months out and still only get about 570 - 800 calories in a day. . .depending of course, if i eat a piece of chocolate or something of course the calories go up. . . but that is far and few between. . . good luck! Smelly Melly 0 Posted April 16, 2010 I'm finding it really hard to keep below 700 calories. I actually just made a post asking everyone on some ideas on what I could eat to keep between 400 to 600 calories each day. Can you tell me what you eat on a good day?! Thanks

OMG123 0 Posted April 16, 2010 I use the LIVESTRONG.COM - Health, Fitness, Lifestyle | LIVESTRONG.COM site. They have MyPlate which tracks all the important breakdowns of the foods I eat, plus I can track my exercise and Water consumption on there too. Then it calculates how I am doing. It even has a place to track my weight so it can more accurately calculate the calories burned in the exercises I track.

educationrulz 18 Posted April 18, 2010 Does anyone know of a good PDA/smartphone app to track this stuff? I tend to do everything on my phone, so I don't think trying to do it on the computer will be realistic for me. My phone is near me all the time, even when I have the ringer off, so I think doing it that way will help me be more consistent.
