A little concerned

I am on my 1 week liquid diet...day 4 to be exact and I cheated. I had a piece of low fat cheese and a couple bites of retried Beans. Ihope this won't effect my surgery..

Oh yea and I pureed some chicken Soup from chilis last night...

I think your OK. I would advise not to push it though since you don't want to risk a leak. It's great that you desire food though actually! Don't worry before you know it you will be able to have more mushie stuff and then some...

Just get back on the horse and try again. I think the pre op diet is great training for post op. Do I think those things are going to hurt your surgery? No. But I never cheated once (and I considered it! You can read the archives!) and it really trained my head for the surgery. Not my mouth, not my stomach-but my head.

Thanks so much... As of tomorrow I'll have only two days left til surgery! I've been saying all along that people all over this world are starving...I'm not. I can do this. It amazes me now how much food is around us....everywhere!!!
