I Love Watermelon!

Here is a recipe that i found on the computer....it did call for a 1/2 cup of sugar but i used splenda instead.....was pretty good.

Watermelon Popsicles

3 cups watermelon juice

1/2 splenda

2 t. Fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup Water

To prepare watermelon juice, cut watermelon into cubes and rub through a strainer to remove seeds. In small saucepan mix together sugar and water; simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in watermelon juice and lemon juice. Turn into 2 ice trays. Freeze until very mushy and insert a popsicle stick in each cube. Freeze. Makes about 36 small popsicles.

Does Watermelon, especially in a blender with ice, count as a mushy?

So I am hoping I can have some as of week 3 of banding (4 short weeks away!)

In Greece we use to eat watermelon with a piece of Feta cheese!

Banded on March 28th, 06, 1st. fill [ 3cc 's in a 4 cc;s band ]. Pain the past week when I bend in my stomack. The Doctor said the Floroscopy of my band was great, SOOOO what am I doing wrong, and has anyone else experienced this?:help:

I just got back from the store and just got finished cutting up a watermelon. I love to keep it in the fridge to grab when I want a snack but need to choose a healthuy one!!
