MINI-Me 196 Posted March 4, 2010 I work a full time job and am the mother of 3. By the time I work, get dinner on the table, pack lunches, etc. I am EXHAUSTED. I'm just giving myself time to heal and get back my energy levels. So, I haven't started walking yet, but I am losing. Maybe slower than some, but a good pace for me. I hope to get started in a walking routine in a few weeks.

Tiffykins 673 Posted March 5, 2010 I don't have any info on your surgeon choice, but there are several patient posts on OH about their experiences with her. As for the working out/walking, all I could do for the first 3.5 months was light walking. I could only walk up and down my driveway. I didn't get released to work out, or walk vigorously until mid-September.
