JeepChick 0 Posted February 25, 2010 I can't seem to find this answer anywhere, probably because it's a strange question. I have been drinking regular skim milk with my Protein Shakes and drinking skim milk with no problems since the surgery. I wanted to drink some milk and we ran out of skim milk so I went downstairs to the local mini-mart and picked up some Korean low-fat milk. I usually buy my skim milk on the US military base because I have always liked skim milk and the low-fat milk off base is 1% or 2%. I had a bad reaction to it. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant so it was pretty much the same symptoms. The milk wasn't bad because a friend had some with no problem. Do you think it is possible that I am not intolerant to skim milk? I love milk and don't want to take it out of my diet. Soy milk tastes weird.
Tiffykins 673 Posted February 25, 2010 I'm sure it was just that type of milk that didn't settle with you.
