I'm pre first fill and having some difficulties as I have little to no restriction. So I'm starting a thread were we put total calories, carbs, fat, Protein, Water and excercise for the day. Calories: 539 Carbs: 24 Fat: 15 Protein: 82 Water: 64oz+ Exercise: 60 min cardio: 600 calories burned Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
K@t 38 Posted May 28, 2006 hey we were banded on the same day! You have lost quiet a bit more then I have though...I haven't been so good either. I started using my journal (the lbt one on top) to log my exercise and food intake to help me. I think I have restriction because I get full quicker, but i still can eat quit a bit though. Good luck!
