excited2lose 0 Posted February 18, 2010 Just interested to see how everyone out there is moving. This week I swam laps twice (Sunday and Tuesday) and then tonight I rode the bike for 20 miles. I am eating a bit more now that I am exercising, but I am still stalled out. I thought the scale moved last week, only to see those two lbs come right back on this week. This is very frustrating considering I am not eating much AT ALL. Tons of Beans, eggs, etc. I just feel I did something SO drastic and that damn scale won't move! Anyway, Sunday: 30 mins of Leslie Sansone's "advanced" 12-minute-miles DVD (= 2 1/2 miles) & about 30 mins of strength training (abs, legs, & arms) Today: 30 mins of Leslie Sansone again & about 20 mins of strength training (legs & arms today). I get disappointed with myself but I'm just getting burnt out on college so I make excuses to not do stuff I need to do. Senioritis big time! Wish I had some advice on the scale situation. But I'm only 6 weeks out so I don't have any words of wisdom. :biggrin0: But keep doing what you're doing! Don't get discouraged! Keep working out, eating the good stuff, and you can't help but lose! ash 5 Posted February 18, 2010 I haven't done anything more than think about exercising this week. I'm down with the crud and am traveling this weekend, so I'll have to start moving again next week. My plans are to use my Zumba dvd, Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and to do some walking/jogging with my puppy. Going to get started Monday when I am back home.
