I think maybe American hospitals are a shorter stay? I was operated on at 11:30 Wednesday and released at 4:30 Thursday afternoon. It took me 2 hours to sip the required 8 oz at 1 oz every 15 minutes, then they let me go.

Thank you all for all your wonderful comments. I'm now 6 days out, feel great! Only problem I have is getting my Water and Protein down, I walk alot but still have alot of gas...that's the reason it's hard going down. Other than that I cant complain about anything. My tummy rumbles alot, haven't felt hungry at all! Wish all of you the best of luck!!
