I have been struggling for about a month now. I have been eating fatty foods and a lot os sweets. I have been under a lot of pressure and have had a hard time coping. And for the first time I am having a LOT of head hunger. I'm eating chips, Cookies, nachos, cookies, icecream, cookies, cakes, cookies and cookies too. And I've been PBing a lot more than ususal. I feel sick tonight from all the sugar I have eaten. And I feel guilty. I have only been able to work out once this week and now I have gained 2 pounds. I'm not doing well. I think I need another fill, but I do'nt have the $$ right now. Pray that God will give me strength to overcome my head hunger. Tomorrow is always a new day, right?? :hurt :pout: :noidea: :cake: :funscale:

:hugs:

I know exactly what youre going thru. been there done that too mnay times, since being banded not so much, but b4 all the time. I wasnt eating the best during the 3 or 4 months after surgery. thinking I was eating less so I could get away with eating anything. NOT TRUE!!

I gain 6 pounds and woke up fast..... Im nearly 9 months out and down 40 pounds..... I wanted desperately to loose 50 pounds by my 50th bday...... well that was april 24th..... I didnt make it and have no one to blame but M E !!

the best I can tell you is dont buy the bad foods.... dont give yourself the temptation. when you "think" youre hungry, take a glass of Water and leave the kitchen, sit down make yourself sip it untill gone and by then, I bet the thought of having to eat will begone or lessen alot. just tell yourself each timne. " IM NOT HUNGRY " and keep repeating it to yourself.it does help.

good luck to you and drink that water!!!

I'm joining Jack in this same prayer, for you , for me, and for everyone here on LBT.

What a blessing it would be to have that prayer answered in each of us.
