MELLAELLA 0 Posted January 28, 2010 Hello, this question is really posed to folks who already had the surgery.Anyone who had complications such as vommiting etc... Do you think transition to liquid prior to surgery instead of Atkins would have helped.It is a major insult to the stomach having this surgery, but I'm wondering if the shock of no food suddenly could be a possible cause.:confused1: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Christabel 0 Posted January 28, 2010 Haven't had the surgery yet, but I asked my surgeon about this one. He said about 30% of his patients are pukers, no matter what he does.
