JudyJudyJudy 7 Posted January 27, 2010 What calorie counter do you guys suggest to use? I use an I-Touch Ap that is called Tap & Touch. It has everything in it, from workouts at the Gym to housecleaning. I love it. I use it everyday to keep track of my burned calories. There is also an ON LINE site called The Daily Plate. It has EVERYTHING on it. Any food, any fast food, and food in the grocery store. I use it every day. I looked up bacon wrapped shrimp the other day, and it was there. I hope this helps.,
Lee 19 Posted January 27, 2010 Hello, I've tried Sparkpeople, DailyPlate, Fitday.com. Tried them all but then Tiffy recommended Myfitnesspal.com and I switched to that. I think it's the best of the bunch. Easy to use, no ads, all of the Protein is already in there. Much less cumbersome than any of the others.
Tiffykins 673 Posted January 27, 2010 I second everything that Lee stated. I've tried most of them, and I really dig myfitnesspal.com I have yet to find a food product, ingredient, or drink that wasn't already in their database with confirmed nutrional content. filodough 1 Posted January 27, 2010 Another vote for myfitnesspal. I used all the rest before, this one is so much easier, and has an iPhone App as well if you do get one.
