MINI-Me 196 Posted January 21, 2010 I'm about 8 weeks behind you, so I'm not sure if I would be a good support or not. I'm sure someone on the boards will be willing. If not, send me a PM and we can help each other out.

karaserene1985 1 Posted March 14, 2010 I haven't had the surgery yet, and I've become a slave to the scale. I can't remember how long it has been since I haven't gone a day without weighing myself. I weigh myself every morning when I wake up. I know this is going to need to change as soon as I have the surgery. I just don't know how to stop. Its an addiction. I used to find if I didn't weigh myself daily I would gain, so by weighing myslef everyday I can see trends and keep the weight loss on track. Doesn't work for eveyone but I prefer to do it this way. I only record my weightloss/gain on one day (Tuesday) though.
Lee 19 Posted March 14, 2010 Every plan is so different. My Kaiser plan requires that I weigh daily for the rest of my life. I guess that way denial can't set in about what's working or not working. I record everything in myfitnesspal.com so that I'll be in the habit when I progress to new foods.
