Nanna509 1 Posted December 17, 2009 okay, it's not a recipe but thought I'd share. I've been having trouble getting all my Water in because I only like water really, really cold and now that it's cold outside and I've lost the weight I'm constantly freezing. Anyway, Celestial Seasonings has some holiday tea flavors out, one is Sugar Cookie and the other is Gingerbread Spice...they are caffeine free and taste wonderul. The Sugar Cookie is my favorite! The smell alone will give you a "fix".
Tracy46545 6 Posted December 20, 2009 Nanna, so glad you mentioned these! I think I'll try the gingerbread one since I seem to be craving cinnamon and other spices for some reason. You know you can add your Protein powders into warm beverages as long as you add them when the liquid is cold and then microwave them 30 seconds at a time, stirring like crazy in between. I just did it with a 1/2 packet of unflavored unjury and 1/2 packet Crystal Light Peach Tea.....mmmmm yummy! It'll be too sweet for those that have heightened sensitivity...but for now it tastes just right. tracy
