JulieNYC 4 Posted May 30, 2006 I make a yummy green curry tofu. Cubed tofu, fried in Pam until as much of the Water is out as you like. Take tofu off heat. Pam fry snap peas, carrots and water chestnuts on high heat. Add in 2T green curry sauce (and brand you like). Stirfry for about 5 min then add back in the tofu. My recipe has about 275 cals per serving and I usually can't eat it all.
BeacheeGirl 0 Posted May 30, 2006 I like to fry tofu in olive oil 0 cal spray with soy sauce. I then steam fresh green Beans and then stir fry with tofu and squeeze a bit of fresh lemon on it, yummy!
gentlespirit 1 Posted May 30, 2006 I love the Morningstar Farms sausage links and eat them quite often. Good Protein and not too bad in the other areas. Also like the burger cumbles and use for chili, spaghetti sauce, etc. Haven't had the chicken patties for ages but used to like them, too. I also use Worthington brand canned meat analogs but they are hard to find in some areas. I also eat refried Beans and salsa a lot cuz it's easy when I come home from work tired and not wanting to cook. Emily
