Weighed in at 198.8 today. That's 21.2 pounds down since my August 10th surgery, and 48 pounds down total inc. pre-op diet.:thumbup:

Just hit onederland this week! Didn't realise it until I sat and worked out my stones into pounds lol! Am happy - it's slow but steady and that's ok for me now x
