Can someone give me either Nina's at Dr. Aceve's office email address or telephone number?

I need to cancel my testing that I was supposed to have done on October 12th. I found out Dr. Aceves

is going to be on vacation that week

and his entire staff takes vacation when he does. They were going to have Dr. Campos come in on his vacation day just to do my tests and I don't want to impose on him like that.

I have not been able to get through on the phone number on the side of

the screen on the ad.

If anyone knows Nina's phone number or email address, will you please tell me so I give plenty of notice that I don't Dr. Campos to come in on his day off just for me.
