Bob_350lbs 105 Posted September 17, 2009 How do you motivate yourself when you don't want to exercise? I think my stall is starting to affect me mentally.
Tiffykins 673 Posted September 17, 2009 I look at my "before" pictures, and then at my stomach that is still out of proportion with the rest of my body. It doesn't always work, but it typically gets my hiney out of the recliner.
Bob_350lbs 105 Posted September 17, 2009 Oh Tiffy, that did motivate me! Just the thought of going back to 22/24wp got my beehind out the door.

I am sure I will refer to it many times over the winter (ours here can be brutal) and will need motivation galore!:drool5:
ash 5 Posted September 19, 2009 I tried to avoid exercising today by going shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding in a few weeks. When I didn't fit into the size I wanted, I hauled my arse home and got my workout on. :biggrin0:
Malaika 50 Posted September 21, 2009 I have a girlfriend who has her own gym and she is on my way home - so we are accountable to one another and I stop on my way home because I know once I get home that's it! Also, I like the fact that it seems to keep my scale moving and I feel better after working out.
