Need two more 16 oz bottles and the day ain't over! Yup me too. Water almost in. NOW this is simple enough I can participate in this. LOL!!! Forgot to mention that I am not banded any longer. Jachut 487 Posted May 22, 2006 Exercise? Yep, I did the "Aerobic 3" program on my treadmill which is a killer, hard hills and fast sprints - 40 minutes, about 5 miles, 500 or so calories burned. Protein - who knows? I dont count Protein or anything else for that matter. I just eat normally and healthily. Water - yeah I had a fair bit today, dont count ounces or mls though. My best time is morning or night (night helps me sleep hard) 2 miles on the treadmill at 4.5 - 5.5 mph (0 incline) Your Protein? errm Over did it 71grams Your Water? Kinda, still working on that.
