Did you get in your:

Exercise today? Yes! 20 mins

Your Protien? Yes - 80 plus grams

Your Water? Almost! Need two more 16 oz bottles and the day ain't over!

Exercise today? Nope but my day is young.

Your Protien? Not even close but it is just noon here.

Your Water? Almost! Need two more 16 oz bottles and the day ain't over! Yup me too. Water almost in.

NOW this is simple enough I can participate in this. LOL!!! Forgot to mention that I am not banded any longer. Lost it due to erosion in Dec 05. So I am flying solo.

Exercise? Yep, I did the "Aerobic 3" program on my treadmill which is a killer, hard hills and fast sprints - 40 minutes, about 5 miles, 500 or so calories burned.

Protein - who knows? I dont count Protein or anything else for that matter. I just eat normally and healthily.

Water - yeah I had a fair bit today, dont count ounces or mls though. I had about 5 or 6 glasses of tap Water, a bottle of water while out.

Exercise today? Yup...walked 20 min with my boys. One asked me, "Mommy, where's your exercise?" He's 3 yrs about to turn 4.

Your Protein? Not sure about this, but better start tracking. I get my band on Fri....YEAH!!!

Your Water? Definitely and then some.

Exercise Today? Just about to. My best time is morning or night (night helps me sleep hard) 2 miles on the treadmill at 4.5 - 5.5 mph (0 incline)

Your Protein? errm Over did it 71grams

Your Water? Kinda, still working on that. Have till midnight, so far 45fl oz.

TellyMelly - how did you over do your Protein?

Today I hit 117g - that is way too much, but I figure more Protein and less carbs/sugar is a good thing?

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
