Greek Yougart Eaters, a question?

Recommended Posts

Do you guys eat it plain or do you add it to things? I've never had it before.

I add Splenda and a few pieces of dry Cereal for some crunch. Usually, I add either Fiber One or All Bran. Sometimes when I'm feeling fruity, I'll add Cap-n-Crunch crunch berries Cereal.< /span>

I've tried Fage Greek Yogurt, and now eating Oikos vanilla Flavored greek yogurt. I have to add Splenda to both of them.

I like both brands. The Oikos is a bit smoother than the Fage.

I finally found some at Walmart. All they had was blue berry flavor. The brand is Brown Cow. It's really good. It's 100 calories for a pretty small portion, but the Protein count is way higher than any other yogurt. i wish I could find fage here. I tried it in Vegas, but we just don't have it here.

You do know that they aren't real fruit, right?

Heartbroken cereal litigant loses suit over non-existence of "Crunchberries" - Boing Boing

I only put sweetener in it. I like how thick and smooth it is and putting in stuff sometimes ruins that for me.

Ohhhhh yes, I know, but I love them. I feel like it's a "special treat" instead of All Bran.

Tiff has a young boy in the house. I am sure he loves his crunch berries. I always tried to buy healthy cereal for my kids when they were little, but for a special treat, they loved getting crunch berries.

I was just teasing about her thinking they were fruit.< /p>

I try not to get Cereal with more than 10 g. of sugar in it for my kids but it can be hard. Luckily there are a bunch they like that aren't too bad.

I found Okios plain yogurt at Walmart. Tastes like cream cheese to me. I add stevia, or put it in a shake.< /p>

I have heard other people say they have found Okios at Walmart. I don't know why my stupid walamrt only carries Brown cow

I had the Okios (plain) and added Torani sugar free Raspberry flavoring syrup- delicious. The sf Syrup made it taste FANTASTIC- the sf syrup has zero calories, zero fat 10 mg sodium, 1 g carb and zero Protein. I got the syrup next to the coffee section at Walmart. It comes in many other flavors- chocolate, vanilla. It made my yogurt come alive!

Re Walmart.....Sometimes when I ask the person in charge of that department to stock something, they do it. Since other Walmarts carry it, they can easily get something a customer wants.

I add a packet of stevia to my okios plain yogurt, for just a hint of sweetness...no aftertaste. I don't tolerate other non sugar sweeteners. I also add fresh blueberries, for some lo-carb fruit with high nutrient value! Love it! It's my treat of the day!
