What is the BEST nectar Clear Flavor?

My favorites were the Caribean Cooler, and Cappucino. I drank them both in the beginning, but my body started to not tolerate it. I even ordered a tub of the Cappucino, but I started having bouts of diarrhea when I drank it.

A lot of people love the Fuzzy Navel flavor, it was just "ok" for my tastebuds.

As for the Protein drinks... it's gonna be hit n'miss... what I like.. you might HATE....I did like the Unjury chicken broth, it was soothing the first few weeks after surgery. I didn't care for anything sweet, but I sure do now!! LOL

But I did order my Vitamins in advance... I use Bariatric Advantage- I use the Vitamin D-The Watermelon Multi Vitamin and sublingual B12. This is what my doc suggests, and I'm happy with them...
