Thats my goal for this month, but that will have me at a 17 lb loss, and that is great, but you know what is going to be a great victory for me... when I finaly hit the 20 lb mark. Iulizbug 0 Posted June 15, 2006 Well TOM is over and yesterday I was pysched to drop 2 lbs and be at 197. :cool: So I figured I would cut back on my calories yesterday and run an extra mile just to make sure it stays there. Nope!!! Didn't work--this morning I weighed in at 198.2!!! Oh well, at least I am still in Onderland and I am hoping it is just Water weight. Maybe I should try upping my calories a bit since I am working out. I am taking in around 600-800. I don't want to go into starvation mode but I gain weight or stay the same at 1000. WTH??? I am sorry that I can't be of more help. I am just plugging along myself as it is. On a happy note for me! MiaHalliwell 4 Posted June 23, 2006 On 6-21-06 our finish date I was 189. I did reach one of my goals, but I did not hit my other mini goal which was to hit the 20 lb loss mark. Next moths goal will be to hit the 20 lb mark. That will put me at 186. Everyone did such a great job. You are all an inspiration to me. When ever I feel like I am not doing well I come on here and I read the great posts and I feel a little better. Thanks everyone for the awesome support! seppi 0 Posted June 23, 2006 I didn't make it but i did go down .25. I will be there by next week. I started the Sacred Heart diet and have finally gotten in touch with the doctor about a fill. I wanted the band so I would have a tool to help me. The nurse is going to make sure it is OK. I really need one because this "flying solo" is for the birds!
