BobBayCityMI 111 Posted August 22, 2009 Hi all. I would like to make some turkey chili with Beans for a nice flavor changes. I am planning to grind the turkey really well, but what about the beans? Is the "skin" on normal kidney style bean OK to eat? Or should these be ground as well? I am at the later mushie stage and slowly working into softs. Thanks!
