I am pre-op and I ordered a starter pack from bariatric for $47.95. It contains:

• 10g Protein Bar Sampler
• 15g Bar Meal Replacements

It is a nice variety of their products. Total of 36 items, and they throw 3 more in the box also.

UK.No free samples but my protein.com sells individual packets so you can try flavours befor committing to a large pack.
