A lot of Protein bars are glorified candy bars with lots of calories (sometimes more than a candy bar, but often around what a candy bar has) and way too many carbs and fat. But there are some that have no more carbs than Protein. That's still a lot more than many Protein drinks, but once you are farther out, you'll be eating more carbs anyway. I like the Supreme protein ones but a lot of people also like Pure Protein and Oh Yeah! bars. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
