Malaika 50 Posted August 5, 2009 VA, you crack me up! Today, I took a piece of Boar's Head roast beef (major yummy) with a piece of provolone cheese wrapped up in it. It was yummy and satisfying. I've been craving roast beef, but wasn't sure I'd be able to get it down and keep it down ... maybe if I got it sliced really thin?
Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted August 5, 2009 I forgot how much I love provolone cheese. I definitely need to pick some of that up next time I venture out to the store. I tend to eat the cheese that comes in sticks. I love the low fat colby jack. I think I eat too much dairy. Today I had a can of slim fast low carb for lunch. Popping open a can was the best I could do today.
*susan* 1,709 Posted August 5, 2009 Vegas, I get mine sliced really thin and it goes down great. I have been eating it since I was about six weeks out without any problems.
Malaika 50 Posted August 5, 2009 Vegas, I get mine sliced really thin and it goes down great. I have been eating it since I was about six weeks out without any problems. Guess I'll be making a trip to the deli :001_smile: Strange that I am craving red meat, as I am not a big red meat person - I do love my filet mignon; however that is about the extent of my red meat eating ... roast beef just sounds really good for some reason. I Can and I Will 29 Posted August 13, 2009 Hey Susan, I have never been a Soup eater; however, knowing that I was going down this trail I started tasting my way around...there are 3 that are very yummy to me. - Pacific Organic Creamy Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato (Publix) - Imagin Bistro Organic Cuban Black Bean Bisque - This is AWESOME by itself...I usually cut up a fresh tomato, cilantro and maybe a green onion.... You could easily add some of the ham and cheese roll ups to the tomato Soups for more protien... Hope this helps....
