One year surgiversary!

It seems like no time to me but it's been a whole year since my vsg! I thought I'd stop in and say what a wonderful year it's been and how happy I am with my decision to have the surgery. I haven't regretted it for a moment. My weight is now the same as it was when I got married almost 22 years ago. If you want to hear more it's on my blog...
