Would you please share some of those recipes? I am always looking for new ideas of high Protein meals. I am so tired of everything. Also, where are you finding the Greek yogurt? Everyone keeps telling me about it and I can't find it anywhere. Is it kept with all the other yogurt in the grocery store? I have looked at Albertsons, Safeway, Kroger and Walmart. That's all we have here. There is no Greek yogurt in any of those stores, unless they keep it somewhere besides with all the other yogurt.

i found it at our Walmart next to the yogurts and butter. it is in a plain container and sort of looks like a bowl of butter. white dish with green writing.
