I have only told a hand full of people and those that I told weren't always supportive of the idea of someone having WLS at such a young age.. So now I’m not talking.. What about you? How are people reacting when you do tell them? Do you tell everyone? Do you just tell close friends? Do you tell people you start dating after the weight loss? mellifrits 25 Posted January 24, 2011 HEY everyone! I just wanted to do an update since the last time I posted. I’m 23 (I'll be 24 in May). I had my Super Sleeve done in July and it is now Jan. I have gone from a size 16 (highest size being 20) and now I am a size 4/6. I didn't even think it was possible for me to get this small. The smallest I ever was in high school was a size 8 and that was short lived since I only lost the weight from having my wisdom teeth taken out and then as soon as I was healed I had my tonsils taken out. You have no idea how much it means to me to have others on there to talk to that know what I am dealing with and are willing to support me even though you have never meet me! 1 im sooo excited reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
