Sapphire75 0 Posted October 2, 2013 Hello everyone! I found this site and was wondering if there is anyone out there in Southern MN? I had surgery July 2013... And today I was called by someone I didn't know who told me my surgeon closed his practice and moved; however they couldn't tell me where, only I would be getting a letter with other providers who I could contact for treatment.
