Treat yourself to some fat free or sugar free treats during that time, like puddings or hot cocoa. I have one ovary left...but it's enough to send me into the salty sweet greasy craving mood swings. Still causes some Water retention and bloating too! Aren't hormones fun?! PrettyThick1 1,860 Posted October 2, 2013 Weight Watchers fudge bars or Blue Bell No Sugar Added Dutch chocolate ice cream are my go-to's. At only 90 calories a serving, no fat and 9g Protein - you can't get much more guilt free than that. Don't be too hard on yourself, this is a process.
