You will be fine.I had a hiatal hernia repaired at the same time so I had a little more pain I think.It wasn't to bad though.I am actually losing pretty slow though I think,but I had a back injury that slowed me down from exercising as quickly as I wanted to.The weight is coming off though I have only lost 25lbs but the main thing is its coming off.
