Went for a fill today. Since my surgery on July 17, I've lost 36 pounds and since my preop in May, a total of 54 pounds. Dr. said my weight loss is excellent. :). I get a little discouraged sometimes because I don't think it's coming off fast enough but I keep reminding myself "slow and steady wins the race!" Feeling good!!

Your weight loss is amazing!!! I don't think that there's a person on the site that doesnt wish secretly that it was quicker. I know I do. But as long as it keeps going down thats gr8. Well done you..
