rmalikone 108 Posted September 27, 2013 Does the green zone have a feel? Remember the feeling right after surgery; the swelling made me NOT have a appetite, do you have that same feeling of what I call pressure or tightness. As my third adjustment is near I'm hoping to know what may be in the near future.
B-52 7,113 Posted September 27, 2013 Speaking for myself...the green zone has taken away my appetite all together....I just do not feel the desire to eat, or have an interest in food.... The best way it was explained to me is that the band is telling my brain that I am full - satisfied..even though physically I do not feel full...but it is entirely mental....thus there is not the desire to continue eating....my brain is telling me I have no need to. It's like thanksgiving dinner where you cannot possibly eat one more thing....but physically I do not feel it...just mental. I have never felt that "Full" feeling that others describe.... Everyone will have their own experiences to share with being in the Green Zone.

kellbell82 11 Posted September 29, 2013 For me it has not been a constant "fullness" I still get hungry on occasion but it is a true tummy rumbling physical hunger and I find it takes very very little to feel satisfied. I go days feeling like I'm too tight and eat very little other days I am able to eat more. I have a Protein Shake in the morning and then a very small lunch and dinner. I find that I just don't think about food the way I used to. 1 rmalikone reacted to this
