Needing some post op (almost one year) support. Only lost 30 pounds. Help!!!

Do you have any specific questions or is there a particular part of the LabBand lifestyle that is hard for you?

Are you going to regular maintenance appointments with your surgeon and/or nutritionist and getting fills or support.

Give us some more information and I'm sure we can help =)

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
