Half Way To Goal

I'm feeling excited this morning....got on the scale and I'm half way to goal ! I have lost 63 pounds since starting my pre-op diet on April 3. My surgery was April 17. Hoping to reach my goal by the end of next summer. I already feel so much better and lighter and have started working out again...Love being able to cross my legs again and what a thrill to be able to shop in the regular part of the store instead of the plus size section. So glad I got my band !

Yippee! This is great so great to hear -- I fantasize about that feeling of lightness and feelimg comfortable in my body. It's coming! Congratulations on all the hard work that brought you this far. Here's to next summer and being really fit. Best wishes!

Congratulations, your doing so well. I know what you mean about the plus section, I have put mental walls around those sections and I won't put my foot in there again.
