If I have 1/4th cup of cottage cheese and then make a Protein Shake to sip on (30 min after my meal of course) does that sound like too much?

Not to me it doesn't. Personally' date=' I skip breakfast because I'm tight in the morning and just drink hot liquids until lunch. As you get more restriction you may find that you can't eat the cottage cheese in the morning. Then again, you may be just fine.[/quote'] Awesome, thanks! Right now I'm working with an empty band so I'm sure down the road things will change!

No, that sounds about right. Enjoy being able to eat breakfast while you can, I'm too tight in the morning for anything but hot/warm liquids.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
