I am not banded yet - and I have major disabilities that restrict my exercising - but Telly girl - well she's got it working for her - and she is a great motivator! 3loves 0 Posted May 31, 2006 Definitely check with your nutritionist. They are a valuable resource that was paid for when you got the band. You will not necessarily lose weight if you eat small amounts. Our bodies are amazing and they will go into starvation mode if they are getting too little. lookingout 0 Posted May 31, 2006 I feel very much in the same position. I am very active, and have been working out and eating within my caloric limits, but no budging on the scale! I have to remind myself that muscle weighs more than fat and this could be a plateau. I have not had one fill yet, but feel like I could eat at least a small meal each time I sit down. Hang in there!
