southernqt 236 Posted September 18, 2013 I've decided to start making a scrapbook of my journey to see where I've been and where I'm going. Kind of late in the game but I believe it will be neat to look back on and share one day. 4 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT!, PrettyThick1, melissag43 and 1 other reacted to this
Bandista 7,466 Posted September 18, 2013 Great idea -- a way to look back and see your success and keep you motivated as you move toward your goal. I've been trying to figure out how to take a photo of myself in a setting where I can do it regularly in a similar outfit, etc., so I can watch that progress over time. I must have big blocks about this photo thing because I am stumped. I have an iPad or a camera -- how hard can this be? Maybe I need to get a friend in on the act -- one of the few people I have told. ACK! 1 southernqt reacted to this

this sucks 557 Posted September 18, 2013 I am a scrapbooker and I started a "My Journey" scrapbook right after my surgery. I have a before and during pictures and its been pretty amazing to see how much I've changed with a weight loss of 72 pounds... I kept the pair of pants from my before picture and I still put them on occasionally to really see the difference! I also take an anniversary picture- I'm over three years out. That's awesome I really wish I would of started it before hand but that's okay I have pics the day of and the day after my surgery so that's good enough for me lol. I'm sure I can find some others :-) that's awesome that you have lost that much!
