Victoriana 10 Posted May 16, 2006 The season finally has me so wound, I'm eating triscuits. And then a commercial.. I dont know how many I ate and I'm mad. How can a TV show do this to me and how can I be so interested in fiction???? aAARRGGHH!!! :success1: :scales:
3loves 0 Posted May 16, 2006 Yup...it had me on edge too. I play a hand-held game while watching TV so I don't eat. I kept having to rewind the TiVo just to keep up. It's going to be a long summer without "McDreamy".
Kat817 19 Posted May 16, 2006 I watched the first half of the season finale last night, and was anxiously awaiting tonights. Then today my DH went to the Dr. for a sinus infection, and we wound up in the cardiologists office. Our PCP picked up a strange, new and alarming murmur. We meet with a surgeon on Thursday to discuss our options with the type of valve issue he has. Then watching tonights, I sat and bawled my eyes out. I only pray it ALL stays fiction. Carlene 12 Posted May 16, 2006 I am so addicted to Grey's Anatomy, and I have no idea why. I watched ER only once in a while. I don't like Lost, and I can even stand to miss Desperate Housewives, but I MUST be home for Grey's! I knew they would leave us hanging, as far as Meredith and McDreamy's thing. Will she pick Derek, or will she pick Finn? And what's going to happen when her panties turn up? Maybe they can run a DNA test on them to nail her and Shepherd to the wall....no pun intended. I wonder if Izzie is really gone from the show? I sure hope not. The chemistry between the actors who play the interns is just amazing. PS....Anybody want to talk about Big Love? MoOrLess 0 Posted May 16, 2006 I laughed when I saw this thread --- I was sitting after the show tonight wondering if there was a thread for Grey's Anatomy LOL I, too, am so entranced with this show - it literally had me from 'hello' -- I knew they'd leave us all hanging too as far as Meredith and McDreamy - do I go the safe road and a new adventure or do I go back to what I know (and love)? Isn't that what we ALL experience at some point in life? I know I sure did...... and no - you never quite get over the McDreamies......
Victoriana 10 Posted May 16, 2006 Oh folks, I am so interested in the characters and I love the way the girl says I hate that I am so into you, Its scary when someone else holds your heart in their hand. Kat817, I'm praying that this discovery in your DH is really just a heads up to take new care for him, sometimes a change is in order to head off something really serious. Ill keep him in my prayers, its a good thing that this was discovered what ever it is because silent problems can become terrible surprises. Please know that I too have a cardiologist, its amazing the things that can be treated, please keep us posted OK?
kim2bhealthy 3 Posted May 16, 2006 I'm pissed! They killed off the Dog and the cute guy! I loved Denny! I was bawling like a baby last night when Izzie was lying in that hospital bed holding onto him! And how sweet was Alex?! I'm totally over Meredith and McDreamy, they need to either get over it or be together! She needs to gain some weight, she a stick figure! That show stresses me out! But I love it! Two hours on Desperate Housewifes this Sunday... I can't wait!
juliek 0 Posted May 16, 2006 I was so upset when Denny died after all that! I was literally on the edge of my seat and yelling at the kids to be quiet! What a show!
DrewsLou 3 Posted May 16, 2006 Carlene..... I love Big Love. Probably my new favorite show!
barbara465 2 Posted May 16, 2006 I can't believe she went with McDreamy and yet I can't believe he hasn't left his wife for her. Killing Denny was so sad. I think Izzie is gone. How could she survive the confession. Interns are lost at a rapid rate in real life, so why not fiction? I had my hands busy with my new cell phone so I couldn't eat. Good thing as I was getting frustrated with all that was going on. Can't wait for the new season!
Carlene 12 Posted May 16, 2006 My husband's theory is that Izzie wanted off the show and that's why the writers invented Denny in the first place. I sure hope he's wrong. I didn't like Izzie at first, but she kind of grows on you. Callie is another matter, though. I just can't warm up to that girl! Big Love rocks! I can see why Bill married all three....I love all of them, too!
Txblue_eyedqt 0 Posted May 16, 2006 OMG.. I cried and cried last night like a baby......I love Dr. Mcdreamy!!! He is soooo wonderfuly handsome!!! I was actually blown away that Denny died, I just knew it would work out for a little bit.........
Anwyn 0 Posted May 16, 2006      Sob! My TIVO didn't record Grey's Anatomy because we already had two things scheduled for Monday night. Hopefully my DH will be able to download it when he gets home from a business trip. I made my sister spill all the dirt - I never was good at delayed gratification. DonnaB 3 Posted May 16, 2006 Not to be a Forum Nazi but, doesn't this thread belong in the Lounge? Don't get me wrong, I enjoy discussing my favorite shows too, but not in the Support forum. JMO
