Filing Bankruptcy...Need Some Support

Not sure if you ever heard of Dave Ramsey. He has a talk radio show. He is EXCELLENT in his advice giving. My husband is a financial advisor/stockbroker and we both think he's well rounded and common sense. Here is a link, as he streams his radio program online. Take a listen. Thanks...my credit is great right now because I've always made the payments on time. So my interest rate is already way down there and most of the balances were transferred to those "3.99% until the balance of the transfer is paid off" special offers. But I will definitely give them a call. I'm seeing another attorney tomorrow to get a second opinion on whether this the the best way for me to go. He may have some suggestions or other options, even though I don't see any other way. For the first time ever I don't have the necessary $$ to make this month's payment. But it's always good to get a second opinion...

Emily, I have filled myself and I know the way you fill but Iam paying 100% of what i owe back and I have saved myself $350 a month over what i was paying out and everthing will be payed off in 5 years:). So I wish i had done it sooner instead of fighting it all these years. The way stuff is set up anymore its hard if you are on the lower end of the food chain. I need to be quiet or I'll proably makesome one mad but example cars i have to pay a high intreset rate while the better off get 0% financing...they say iam a higer risk ok i will go along with that, but didnt they even make me a higher risk by giving me such a high rate...hummmmmm......:second:
