Stomach growling??

I've convinced myself that my stomach growl is the food emptying into the lower part like Water going down the drain or something.

I like that....it's a good mental picture!

I was banded on 09/12. I am struggling to get those 3 Protein Shakes in. I feel full after 2 sips. And yes my stomach makes noises I never knew were possible.

I had surgery on 9/4 and just over a week and 2 days out.. My tummy growls too, and does that grumbling thing. I usually get a drink.of Water, or a chew a piece or 2 of SF gum. I fool my tummy thinking if my mouth is moving, I must be eating.... Dumb Tummy.. Its not food time yet....
