col0rmeskinnY 0 Posted September 14, 2013 Total: 12kg (27lbs) loss... Losing about 2.4kg a month... Protein first & Water, water, water! Yoga 3 days a week. Start my C25K tomorrow, after been given the clear after dislocating my knee 3 months ago. Would have loved to have started running sooner but being so accident prone it set me back 3 months. Yoga is great, I do 1 basic yoga class & 2 fat burning classes a week. It's help with centre meter loss. If anyone has any pointers, customs or routines they have found works great for them, please share your lessons. I'm keen to learn from my own and fellow lapbander's like yourselves. Thanks all in advance.

SolracSpree 133 Posted September 14, 2013 How many calories are you eating? If I eat too little (1000cal) I dont lose, My losing calorie range is 1400-1500
col0rmeskinnY 0 Posted September 16, 2013 Thanks so much for the support everyone. It truly is nice to hear esp. from people who understand what living with a band is like. Xox I don't eat more than 1200cal as recommended by my surgeon. I also find if I miss meals I don't tend go lose weight unless I've replaced it with shakes.
