lisacaron 5,075 Posted September 13, 2013 Thanks B- I have been trying to motivate myself to get my arse up early enough to work out before getting ready for work. 5:30...I get up begrudgingly at 6:30...working my way to 6...and then 5:30 and I'll be there! I am so NOT a morning person.....I'll have to work on it!
jfc193 718 Posted September 13, 2013 Thanks for the information. I normally try to go to bed around 9:00 pm due to the fact that I tend to raid the kitchen between 10 & 12. So going to bed early helps. As a result I am ready to get up between 4 and 5 and then go for a walk on an empty stomach and then about 20 minutes after I get back I have a Protein shake and I am good to go for the day. 2 newlife828 and B-52 reacted to this
Bandista 7,466 Posted September 13, 2013 Thanks! Just sent this to my morning exercise partner. Time to regroup and step it up -- too many mornings when one or the other of us can't go that day for one reason or another. I find that laying out my togs the night before is enormously helpful.
